You will need to register an account with us to use our online booking service.  You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer.  You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password.  You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

 We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so.

 Use of Online Booking Service

You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are an adult or you are above the age of consent or you have the consent of an adult.  You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information.  You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information.  You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments.

We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Online Booking Service available on a 24 hour/7days a week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages.  Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times.  We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.  You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

 No-Show / Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 48 hours in advance of their reservation.  You may be required to telephone the salon directly to cancel. A deposit maybe taken on the next appointment if you fail to give the 48hrs notice before cancelling. This will be deducted off your next visit when you attend, or will be retained should you fail to give 48hours notice before cancelling or no-showing.  Please note that you maybe charged 100% of the services booked should you cancel or fail to arrive at your given time on the day of your appointment, 50% if you provide less then 24hrs notice.

Please note you are required to have a skin test at least 48hrs prior to a colour service if you are new to us or have not had colour done with us in the last 6 months. Failure to come in for a patch test may result in the cancellation of your appointment.  We cannot colour hair on any person under the age of 16 years old, you maybe asked for I.D on arrival.

If you are booking on behalf of a child, please note you will be charged the full price as quoted in your booking as it is charged based on the time allocated online.  Should you want a reduced time slot for a child, please cancel and contact the salon directly.
