Madalina – Salon Owner
Hi I’m Madalina, I’m the salon owner. I’ve been in the industry since 2011 and joined Raw a few years later. I started out as a stylist and worked my way up to owning the salon.
I am passionate about growing, learning and sharing with the team. I thrive on improving my skill set and delivering impeccable customer service. Precision cutting is my strength, strong bold lines.
Im a native Romanian who loves the gym. Keeping fit is important to me and helps me to have a work life balance.
Tommy – Manager & Consultant
Hey I’m Tommy, I’ve been hairdressing for 14years. I trained and worked at a large hairdressing franchise before joining Raw in 2011. Ive been in my managerial role for the past 4 years and love to mentor my team mates.
I’m the master of all trades, jack of none 🙂
However I’m definitely the salon barber with gents hair being my specialist service. I know my way round a set of clippers.
I have a second passion and that’s rugby. I play every weekend for my local town and am lucky enough to travel and compete.
Taylor – Stylist
I’m Taylor. I began my hairdressing journey 3 years ago in 2017 at Raw and was so excited to qualify with my NVQ little over 10months ago.
Since then I’ve been seeing and building my own clientele on the salon floor and couldn’t be happier.
I have a passion for cutting and love to create flattering shapes and styles to compliment my clients overall look.
Fun fact
I DJ in my spare time. Music is my second passion.
Rebecca – Stylist
Hello, I’m Rebecca I have been hairdressing for 13 years and been part of the raw family now for 9 years and in that time I have built an amazing clientele.
I enjoy the most creating bright colours and I love doing a big bouncy blowdry.
If I’ve not got scissors in my hand it will either be a Prosecco or cup of tea.
Molly – Stylist
Hi, I’m Molly, I qualified in 2021 but have been working in a salon environment for 4 years. I joined Raw in March 2022 and am loving the atmosphere of the salon and being part of this hairdressing family.
My passion for hairdressing came from watching my mum build relationships in the salon with her clients.
My favourite aspect of hairdressing is cutting and personalising the style to suit the clients day to day-to-day lives. I’m always open to learning something new and expanding my knowledge.
In my spare time, I enjoy looking after my dog Joshua and taking him on long walks.
Hey I’m Lu and I have been hairdressing for nearly 12 years. I joined Raw in 2021 after the pandemic and was drawn to the salon because of its environmental values and friendly team.
My main passion within the salon is colour. I love how even the smallest change can make a big difference to someones look and how it makes them feel.
Powla – Consultant
I’ve been in hairdressing for more years than I care to remember!
I am enthusiast and dedicated professional with extensive experience and skills.
I work hard to make each clients experience a positive one and effectively develop lasting relationships.
Being Portuguese, I love great food. In my spare time, I like to tackle small DIY projects and travel when possible.
Beth – Stylist
I have been in the hair industry since 2017. I joined Raw in April 2023
I love balayage and highlights. I like to see the change in my client’s hair and the confidence and happiness I give to my clients with their new hair transformation.
In my spare time, I like going out with friends. I love trips away, from big holidays to road trips to seaside weekends away.
Ria – Apprentice
Hi, I am an apprentice hairdresser.
Hairdressing allows me to express myself, show my creativity and interact with new people every day. It’s therapeutic in a type of way. I am qualified in beauty therapy which is one of my biggest achievements but hairdressing gives me more passion and excitement.
I love listening to Latin music, I sing here and there I love spending time with family and going out.
